Consumer Advisory
Consuming raw or undercooked foods such as oysters, clams, shellfish, seafood, sushi, eggs, poultry, lamb, or beef may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
To-Go Alcohol
In accordance with Florida law (Senate Bill 148, effective July 1, 2021), restaurants may sell alcoholic beverages to go. All to-go alcohol must be accompanied by a food purchase.
Payment
If a guest leaves MiraMare Ristorante with both copies of the receipt (the signed copy and the tip receipt), a 15% service charge will be added to the bill.
Corkage Fee
Guests are welcome to bring wines that we do not carry, subject to a corkage fee: $25 for the first bottle, $35 for the second, and $45 for each bottle after. We are unable to accept any wine for consumption that appears on our current wine list.
Bread Service
The first bread basket is complimentary. Each additional basket is $3.00.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is added to parties of six or more. Special event parties are charged a 22% gratuity.
Outdoor Dining
As an outdoor restaurant, we cannot control the effects of nature on your dining experience. While we strive to provide a pleasant environment, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather conditions such as wind, rain, or insects affecting your food and drinks. We appreciate your understanding.
